Unlike off-the-rack shopping, the exquisite gowns you'll find at Zazou’s are ordered directly from the designer and often custom-made to your specifications. This process takes time!
For example, if you come in and shop for your gown now (in February) and place your order today, you should expect your beautiful new gown to arrive at the boutique around the end of June.
That's a four-to-five-month lead time before any necessary alterations!
Why the Wait?
Designer Production: High-quality special occasion wear is crafted with care, and designers have production schedules that are often booked months in advance.
Shipping & Delivery: Once the gown is complete, it needs time to be shipped to us.
Alterations: Once your dress arrives, you will still need time for final fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit - we recommend allowing 6 to 8 weeks for this crucial step.
