I booked a private appointment with Zazou's to include a lot of the important women in my life and it was 100% worth it. We were welcomed by Winnie, who made me instantly feel at ease, and comfortable when picking out dresses. My entire group gushed over the experience from start to finish. Winnie was informative, friendly, funny, helpful all while not being pushy or sale-person like. I ended up saying yes to the dress in my very first appointment which I was not expecting to do! It was a dream appointment - the service was 10/10, the selection was 10/10, the store ambiance was a 10/10. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience.

Me and my Fiancé decided to go to Zazou's for his wedding suit after being recommended there by multiple friends! We had gone to other shops in town and were blown away by the crazy pricing and lack of options (he wanted a more custom color). When we got to Zazou's we were greeted by multiple staff members. Everyone was so kind! They had a beautiful selection of rentable suits as well as more custom options for purchase. The prices were so refreshing in comparison to what we had seen previously at other shops. We were able to get him measured, and order everything with no pressure from the staff. Everything came in so much faster than expected, and we had no complaints about anything when picking up. I was also able to be there for one of my best friends to pick out her wedding dress at the shop weeks after we got his suit! Which was also such a special experience made possible by the wonderful staff! All in all, such an amazing experience at Zazou's every time we are there. My niece and I called late on a Sunday looking for a prom dress. We stumbled on a gold mine! The shop is the cutest and the welcome was warm. We had the place nearly to ourselves and had 3 stylists helping us, including the owner. There wasn't a lot in my niece's size, so they combed the racks for larger dresses that could be easily altered to her size. We walked out with 2 gorgeous dresses, a fantastic deal, and smiles on our faces. The ladies made my niece feel like a princess and made her first big dress shopping experience so special. I had the BEST time shopping for my wedding dress at Zazou's. I got to work with Kray, who was so sweet and thoughtful! She did a wonderful job of helping me in and out of dresses and made me feel so comfortable! I didn't end up buying anything today, but they have my top contender! They were thoughtful enough to take all my measurements and notes to make sure when I came back that all the details were recorded. The whole shop had plenty of styles and types of dresses that I never felt like I ran out of options to try. Ally helped me during my bridal appointment. From the moment I stepped foot in the shop, I felt comfortable. Although I didn't get my dress here, it was a wonderful experience and they had beautiful dresses. We drove almost 12 hours to go to this bridal shop because my sister had found the “dress of her dreams” online. We could not have been treated better! When we walked in, the staff all greeted us with smiles and offered a drink. They had the dress waiting for us and we anxiously awaited the try on. Lo and behold, that wasn’t the dress for her. I love that the staff assisted me with visualizing how my gown could look after alterations, and also suggested the perfect accessories to complement my gown.
